Graphic design is a professional service, not a restockable product or commodity—our clients are billed for the time and expertise of our graphic designers and creative consultants. We all like surprises, but not when it comes to our hard earned dollars. That said, we’ve designed a Master Services Agreement contract (MSA) which is a binding contract between you the client and us, the supplier. The contract serves to inform you of the way we do business, our billing practices and global industry standards.
